Your GP will carry out an extensive examination to accurately diagnose your problem.
Treat
Your GP may prescribe medication and where appropriate, refer you to a health specialist.
Plan
You will leave your appointment with a tailor-made ‘recommended action plan’, detailing how we will help you back to health.
